Arc DentalStudio
The experience

What it’s like to visit.

A clear sense of what to expect makes any appointment easier. Here is how a visit to Arc Dental Studio usually unfolds — and the small things we do to keep it comfortable.

The bright, calm interior of the studio
01

Before Your Visit

  • Arrive five minutes early for a short medical history
  • Bring any current medications or referral notes
  • Let us know in advance if you are an anxious patient

There is little to prepare. When you book, we will ask a few questions about what has brought you in so the clinician has context before you arrive.

If you have recent X-rays or records, bringing them along saves repeating work — but it is never a requirement.

02

Your Consultation

  • A conversation first, examination second
  • Clear explanations, without jargon
  • No pressure to decide anything on the day

We start by listening. Before any examination, we want to understand what you would like to change, what you would like to preserve, and what matters most to you.

The examination that follows is thorough but unhurried, and we talk you through what we are seeing as we go.

03

Treatment Planning

  • Written estimates before work begins
  • Staged payment options for larger treatments
  • Digital previews for smile design and aligners

Where treatment makes sense, we set out the options — usually more than one — with the reasoning, the sequence and the full cost in writing.

For larger cases, digital planning lets you see the intended outcome before committing to anything permanent.

04

During Treatment

  • Private treatment room
  • Every step explained beforehand
  • Modern technique for a calmer experience

Appointments happen in a calm, private room. We explain each step before it happens and check in regularly on how you are feeling.

You set the pace. If you need a pause, you take one — there is no rush.

05

Aftercare

  • Written aftercare guidance
  • A direct line for any concerns
  • Sensible, unhurried review scheduling

Good results are meant to last, so we send you home with clear, practical guidance and a point of contact for any questions.

We will also suggest a sensible review schedule — enough to keep things stable, without over-appointing.

Good to know

Questions we’re often asked.

Still unsure about something? We are happy to answer anything before you book.

Yes — we work by appointment so that every patient has unhurried time with the clinician. You can request a slot through the contact page, by phone or over WhatsApp, and our team will confirm a time that suits you.
Any recent dental records, X-rays or referral notes if you have them, and a list of medications you take. If it is your first visit, arriving a few minutes early to complete a short medical history is helpful — otherwise, just yourself.
A first consultation usually takes 30 to 45 minutes. That allows time to understand what you are looking for, carry out an examination, and talk through the options without rushing.
For larger treatments such as implants, aligners or smile design, we can arrange staged payments across the course of care. We will always set out the full cost in writing before anything begins, with no obligation to proceed.
Often. A significant number of our patients describe themselves as anxious about dental visits. We move at your pace, explain each step before it happens, and never proceed until you feel ready.
That is exactly what a consultation is for. Rather than starting with a procedure in mind, we start with your concerns and priorities, then recommend the most conservative approach that achieves what you are after.
